Hit the “customize now” button on the right side to fill out your custom measurements. Choosing mounting type, provide custom measurements. • ③ INTERNAL MOUNT: For an INSIDE the window frame mount, fill out the customization form with the exact measurement of the OPENING to the 1/16th inch and WE WILL TAKE A 1/4INCH deduction off the exact measurement given so the shade will fit perfectly in that opening. The shade must be slightly smaller than the opening to fit inside. No valance shades need at least 2INCH of depth, if shades with valance need 4INCH frame depth for an inside mount. Valance is only white color.
• ④ EXTERNAL MOUNT: WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENT, so provide us with the exact shade size you want when filling out the customization form. Outside mounts are traditionally mounted above the window opening and go slightly wider than the opening. Usually shades width need to be 3" to 10" wider than window width, shade height need to be 5" to 10" longer than window height for better coverage. All hardware is included and take 1.2" space, so actual shade is 1.2" smaller than total shade width.
