The Breg Lateral Stabilizer Knee Brace uses a strong tubular, lateral buttress to enhance normal tracking of your patella and reduce pain around your kneecap. The two lateral straps are applied over the lateral J-shaped buttress underneath to compress the soft tissue surrounding your patella to aid in normalizing tracking in a more medial direction. The Breg Lateral Stabilizer is available in both standard neoprene and breathable Airmesh material, a polyester based fabric which is ideally suited for use in hot weather. Because of the orientation of the lateral straps across the front, this model is right/left specific. This style features spiral stays running vertically on the sides to help the brace maintain its shape and prevent it from rolling down on the sides.
